Find and save your work
Open Projects to find a video by title. Use the available project-menu actions to rename, duplicate, share, or delete it. Actions depend on your access. Edits save as your work. Watch the save indicator before leaving an editing view. If saving fails, keep the page open and retry after checking your connection.
Undo and Redo cover recent editor edits in the current session. Duplicate a project before a large experiment if you want a separate version. If another person has the project open or a newer script version is reported, follow the displayed lock or reload instructions.
Share a preview for review
Open the preview-sharing control and select Share preview.
Wait for the preview to be prepared.
Copy the provided link and open it once to check the intended version.
After further edits, prepare or refresh the shared preview using the controls and check the link again.
A review link lets someone watch. It does not grant editable-project access. Ask reviewers to identify scene numbers or times so you can find their requested changes.
Share projects and reusable assets
Use the project-sharing action, select the offered teammates or team access, review recipients, and confirm. Recipients can open the project from their shared-project view. Use the controls provided for their access level. Owners manage sharing and owner-only actions.
Brand kits, uploads, custom avatars, cloned voices, and music can have separate sharing controls. Share them explicitly for reuse. Team membership does not automatically expose every private asset. Each person has their own default brand-kit preference. Save your changes before another person edits the shared project, and follow any editing-lock message. Shared projects do not support simultaneous live editing.
Create a translated version
Open an eligible project with AI narration and select Translate.
Choose the target language and offered voice settings.
Start translation and wait for the translated project to be prepared.
Open the translated result and review its wording, narration, and layout.
Generate the translated project into its own final file.
Keep the original project as your reference. Check names, numbers, technical terms, captions, and decorative headings. Longer translated phrases may need layout changes. Translation is unavailable while an uploaded recording supplies narration, and it is not a dubbing control for an uploaded-video transcript project. Use editable text and an AI voice when creating new narration in another language.
